With the cancellation of our away fixture at Carrick on Sunday, the Minis are now on their winter break. We will return in the new year.
Sorry everyone but the bad weather has meant that we are unable to play on the 26th
We are back at St Luke’s tomorrow. P4/5 at 7-8pm and P6/7 at 8-9pm. Please remember drink and £1.
On Sunday we are scheduled to host GHK and Kilmarnock at West Lodge. Scheduled meet time is 11.00 with a 11.30 start. As some of you know the pitches currently resemble Eastwood swimming pool and the current weather isn’t helping. Should the fixture need to be cancelled then I will try to give everyone as much notice as possible. I do have an alternative game for the P7 team if needed at GHA and I’ll be back in touch with that team if it is needed.
Sorry, frozen pitches at Strathendrick men all Minis games are off today
Tonight we are back at St Luke’s for indoors training. P4/5 from 7-8 and P6/7 from 8-9. Please remember a drink and £1 which covers the cost of the hall with all leftover funds going on equipment for the kids.
On Sunday we are making the trip to Fintry where our hosts will be Strathendrick. Meeting at 10.30 for an 11.00 k/o. After the previous few weeks when game time has been sparse there should be plenty of games with over 300 kids expected from Whitecraigs, Strathendrick, Accies, GHA, and Hamilton. Address and instructions from our hosts are below.

Parking will be tight, so please park considerately. The police do not allow parking on the pitchside verge of Kippen Road – it will be marked as No Parking – please comply.
There will be space at the Clubhouse and at Fintry School. We may accommodate some 4×4’s at the Kippen end of the pitches, but that depends on weather.
Otherwise, please use the side streets considerately – do not block drives etc. DO NOT PARK at the bridge over the Endrick in Fintry, or on bends on Kippen Road.
We will have food afterwards, probably served outside the changing rooms – if the weather is poor, we may transfer inside to the squash courts, using the rear entrance to the clubhouse.
Please ask parents/coaches to keep kids out of the main clubhouse unless they are cleaned up – we have another event later in the day (for more gentile folk!)
Sorry about all the do’s and don’ts – thanks for coming – we hope you enjoy your day,
We’re back at St Luke’s tomorrow night. P4/5 from 7-8pm and P6/7 from 8-9pm. We are in the bigger gym from now on which should be a bit less claustrophobic.
On Sunday we have that rare event, a home fixture. We welcome Bishopton to West Lodge. As usual we will meet at 11:00 for an 11:30ish k/o.
As some of you know, we are moving to indoors training early to protect the pitches. The club has booked us into St Luke’s School, Springfield Road, Barrhead, G78 2SG. We are booked into the small gym this week so space might be tight but have the large hall thereafter. P4/5 will train at 7-8pm and P6/7 will train 8-9pm.
On Sunday we are off to Motherwell to take on Dalziel and East Kilbride. I’m awaiting parking info etc. but it will be a 10:15 meet for a 10.45 k/o at Dalziel Park, Hagen Drive, Motherwell, ML1 5RZ.
I’m afraid the weather has beaten us again for tomorrow’s training. The club has approached East Ren Council about all weather alternatives but without success at this point. Hopefully we’ll return to midweek training next week.
On Sunday we make a trip across the city to Hughenden to take on Hillhead Jordanhill and Cambuslang. We are meeting at 11.00 for a 11.45 k/o. For those who haven’t been to Hughenden before, parking is a challenge but our hosts have produced the notes below to assist and their address is below.
Hope to see you all on Sunday.
Our fixture on Sunday has been cancelled due to the weather. Apologies
All training tonight is cancelled as pitches are unplayable.
