Whitecraigs are proud to present our Senior coaching team for the upcoming season. Head Coach Ian Hamilton (Centre) with Brandon Wamberg (Left) Backs and attack coach. We are also pleased to introduce 34 capped Glasgow Warrior Adam Ashe (Right), who will be coaching the forwards and focusing on defence.
We are delighted to confirm that we have secured a new coaching team for the upcoming season 2019/20.
Our new Head Coach will be Ian Hamilton. Ian is a lecturer at the City of Glasgow College (teaching Sports Coaching and Fitness) and has prior experience in head coach roles. His most recent rugby appointment was as Head of Performance at Glasgow Accies last season. His focus will be on developing the existing talent pool at the club and utilising his Masters Degree in Performance Coaching to do so.
Ian’s remit will be as head coach with a primary focus on the forward pack. As such, we have appointed Brandon Wamberg as assistant coach with more of a backs focus. Utilising his skillset from his Development Officer role.
Congratulation to both on their new appointments.
