Craigs News 28th -30th August

Good Evening from a wet and dark West Lodge,
The outlook this morning is pretty dreary but the good news is that it is to clear up by the weekend, This is just as well as we have our Social Distanced Garden Party this weekend.
We have organised an outside bar with guest drinks suppliers in attendance:
Lost Orchards Cider: unique Scottish Cider supplier: www.lostorchards.co.uk
Bon Accord Soft Drinks: a new range of flavours: www.bonaccordsoftdrinks.com
Brewgooder Craft Beer: an interesting range of IPA & Lager: www.brewgooder.com
WooHa Brewers: Another Scottish craft brewer: www.woohabrewing.com
Surprise Gin Supplier
Sipful Drinks: a range of cocktail drinks in a can : www.sipful-drinks.com
There will also be food supplied by the Scozzese Wood Fired Company: www.scozzesewoodfiredpizza.co.uk
The Outside Bar and food will be available during the following hours:
Friday 4pm to 9pm, Saturday 1pm to 7pm, Sunday 1pm to 6pm
Our normal Bar service will operate as normal and will close at 10pm Friday & Saturday and Sunday at 8pm.
We will have a large covered area to the right of the childrens’ play area with outside patio furniture.
All payments over the weekend will be by CARD. NO CASH PAYMENTS.
This is open to Members, their family and friends.
We cannot emphasise strongly enough that everyone has to follow the guidelines for Licenced Premises by signing in by means of the visitors register, follow all the signage in the Club, obey social distancing at all times and using common sense at all times.
Please remember the Club does not set the current guidelines but tries to adhere to them for the benefit of all Members and the general public. Any major breaches of the guidelines could mean removal from the premises or the Club closing the bars.
Sorry to sound like a killjoy but we need to ensure that everyone feels safe in the Club environment.
I hope that you can pop up over the weekend, enjoy our offerings and support the Club. If this proves to be successful it is our intention to continue them into September and October. It is our way to express our gratitude to members who have supported us over this testing period and also to express to members that we are not sitting back and taking them for granted.
Hoping for a sunny weekend
